Welcome. Goulburn mountain bike club is a newly established organisation offering fun and fitness for all riders aged 6 years and up. Our club is aiming to offer events in cross country (XC), down hill (DH) and mountain X (4X).

Please feel free to join us at our monthly meetings. These occur at the Greengrocer on Clifford on the last thursday of every month. To help the club operations, we will require volunteers for the future race day events and working bees for track maintenance. Please contact the club representative if you are interested - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Membership

By taking out a yearly membership with our club, you also receive the benefit of joining Mountain Bike Australia. MTBA is the nation's largest mountain biking association and serves as the national governing body for mountain biking throughout Australia. Also, you can affiliate with CA directly, which enables you to race road.

When taking out membership with GMBC you will also go into the draw to win a brand new mountain bike courtesy of the Greengrocer Cycling on Clifford. Entries will be drawn mid december 2007.

Costs are as follows:

Full senior member- $100.00

Full junior member- $60.00

Recreation member (non competitive)- $62.00 CA affiliation- $132.00

Alternatively you may purchase a day licence which involves a payment of $15 each time you ride.
